Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its Redmi K50 series of smartphones in China. The K50 series will consist of four models; Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro, Redmi K50 Pro+ and K50 Gaming Edition. All the smartphones in the series have model numbers 22021211RC, 22041211AC, 22011211C, and 21121210C respectively. The company might launch an all-new exclusive edition of the Redmi K50 smartphone in the home country, China.
Redmi K50 Super Cup Exclusive Edition To Launch In China Soon
This new exclusive edition smartphone in the K50 series will bring up to 512GBs of internal storage. The smartphone will be marketed as “Redmi K50 Super Cup Exclusive Edition”. As the name suggests, it will be a China-exclusive edition smartphone. The K50 series of smartphones will offer Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset in its top-end model of the smartphone. They are further rumoured to have the strongest vibration haptic on any smartphone yet.
The K50 series will further use the company’s new 120W HyperCharge technology, Dual vapour cooling chamber for better thermal and heat efficiency, dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL and the gaming edition will offer AAC 1016 ultrawide-band x-axis motor. Apart from this, the K50 Gaming Edition will offer a 6.67-inches 2K OLED 120Hz panel on the front. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The device will have a 4700mAh battery packed inside.
As for the optics, it will have a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary wide sensor, a 13MP secondary ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera at last. There will be a 16MP front selfie snapper housed in the punch hole cutout on the front. All the smartphones in the series are expected to boot on Android 12 based MIUI 13 skin out of the box.
