The Black Shark 5 series will be releasing globally tomorrow, and will be available in multiple online stores. However, the inbetween model, the Black Shark 5 RS, will not be released alongside the other devices, which are the Black Shark 5 and the Black Shark 5 Pro. The devices feature high end Snapdragon processors, and will be released at decent prices.
Black Shark 5 series global release soon
The Black Shark 5 and Black Shark 5 Pro will be releasing globally, and the devices are quite similar when it comes to their specs, except for the SoCs. Both devices feature a 4650mAh battery, 120W charging, a 144Hz 6.67″ AMOLED display and both devices feature a hybrid storage solution, which utilizes NVMe SSD technology alongside the usual UFS 3.1 we see in regular devices, split between the storage, for example, the 512GB model is 256GB UFS 3.1 and 256GB NVMe.
Both the devices also feature magnetic triggers on the side of the device, which pop up on request. However, alongside those features, the Black Shark 5 series also feature Snapdragon processors, with the Black Shark 5 featuring a Snapdragon 870, and the Black Shark 5 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The RAM speeds of the Black Shark 5 Pro is also higher than that of the base model, which runs at 6400MHz as opposed to the 5200MHz RAM of the base model. The cameras are also pretty decent, with the Pro model featuring a 108 megapixel main camera, and the base model featuring a 64 megapixel main camera. Here is the pricing for the devices:

The pricing of the devices is also very interesting, as the devices seem like they will be released at good prices for the specs. You can preorder the devices from the official AliExpress page, and more retailers will be featuring them tomorrow. Alongside these devices, the Black Shark JoyBuds Pro will also be released globally, which feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sound Platform, a gaming mode, and IPX4 water resistance.
The JoyBuds also feature 30 hours of playback, fast charging, and the pricing for the JoyBuds Pro will also be around €80.
