Just a few days ago, the POCO announced POCO M4 Pro and POCO X4 Pro 5G smartphones globally. At the same time, POCO M4 Pro 4G and POCO M4 Pro 5G have also been debuted in the Indian market. Now, the company might get working on introducing a new device in the POCO F lineup. The successor of POCO F3 or the F3 GT may be coming soon as a new POCO F-series device has been spotted on the IMEI database.
POCO F4 Pro listed on IMEI Database
A new Xiaomi device under the POCO brand has been spotted on the IMEI database. It has model number 22011211G L11, codename matisse and has the marketing name of POCO F4 Pro. This confirms that the device is nothing but the POCO F4 Pro device. The alphabet “G” in the model number represents the Global version of the device, so it might launch globally soon. The device has also been licensed in China, which confirms its availability in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB variants. The same device will also launch in India as Xiaomi 12X Pro.
Also, the POCO F3 series has not seen any smartphone under the Pro lineup, However, the POCO F2 series had a smartphone namely POCO F2 Pro. As the device is newly listed, we don’t have many words on the specifications yet. The device is expected to be the rebranded version of the Redmi K50 Pro+ smartphone and hence it may offer specifications like MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G chipset, triple rear camera with 108MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM2 sensor, 13MP secondary ultrawide and a macro sensor at last.
It might offer a 6.67-inches Super AMOLED Display with a 120Hz high refresh rate, high precision colour tuning in the display, up to 1200 nits of peak brightness and centre aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. It might also come with 67W or 120W fast wired charging support. However, in the end, this all stands to be an expectation. The official specifications might be something different.
