HMD goes all out at MWC with Fusion X1, Barca Fusion, 2660 Flip, 130 Music, 150 Music, Barca 3210

HMD revealed several new devices in its portfolio at the MWC event in Barcelona.

HMD is one of the many brands that attended the event, where it unveiled its latest smartphones and feature phones. This includes the Fusion X1 with a pre-installed Xplora platform. This makes the device a good option for parents who want to monitor their children’s devices, with Xplora offering parental control and safety features. However, it’s worth mentioning that Xplora is a subscription service, so it is unknown how long HMD will offer it for free on the Fusion X1.

The Fusion X1 also comes in a special edition called Barca Fusion. While the two phones have the same features, the Barca Fusion comes with a special theme, sounds, and a protective case adorned with the signatures of eleven Barça players: Ter Stegen, Lewandowski, Koundé, Raphinha, Olmo, Pedri, Gavi, Fermín López, Pau Cubarsí, Marc Casadó, and Lamine Yamal. The case also glows under UV light. Both the two new Fusion phones work with the brand’s current Fusion case modules.

In addition to those, we also get new feature phones from HMD: the HMD 2660 Flip, HMD 130 Music, HMD 150 Music, and HMD Barca 3210.

Just like the Barca Fusion, the HMD Barca 3210 is also inspired by the professional football club Futbol Club Barcelona (FC Barcelona). However, it is just a feature phone, albeit still boasting some Barca-inspired elements.

Meanwhile, the HMD 2660 Flip is a simple foldable phone with a 2.8″ QVGA internal display and a 1.77″ QQVGA secondary screen. It has a Unisoc T107, 64MB RAM, and a 1450mAh removable battery.

On the other hand, as the names suggest, the HMD 130 Music and HMD 150 Music are both music-focused devices. Both sport built-in speakers and music controls, but the HMD 150 Music includes a basic camera system.
