After being postponed, the Huawei P70 series is now getting its official launch date on April 2, according to a leak.
The talks about the launch date of the series were murky prior to the news. After it was reported that the date was pushed back by the company, rumors started circulating that it would have its pre-sale on March 23. The company later denied it without sharing any details on when it would really unveil it. Later, nonetheless, leaks claimed that the P70 would be announced in April, albeit the date remained unknown.
Now, an image that has surfaced on Weibo recently shows that the P70 series will be launching on April 2. The image seems to be taken internally as it shows different specs about the four models expected to be included in the series: the Huawei P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Art. According to the leak, all models would be powered by Kirin 9000S and would have a 13MP 1/2.36″ front camera.
