A leaked patent schematic reveals that Huawei is working on a device with a circular built-in fan placed in the usual section of the camera island.
Oppo recently caught the attention of tech fans after unveiling the K80 Turbo series, which boasts a waterproof built-in fan. However, it seems it is not the only brand working on such interesting smartphone technology.
According to a tip from leaker Digital Chat Station, Huawei also has a concept for its own smartphone with a built-in fan. This time, nonetheless, the fan will be placed in the same section where we usually see the camera island of phones.
According to the account, it is a circular fan with a round design. From the looks of it, the camera lenses are also strategically placed in the same module, although it is unknown how the fan and the camera system will work together. As DCS noted, the cooling system has an internal air duct and integrated air inlets and outlets.
Some are already speculating that the concept will be implemented in the Huawei Mate 80 series. However, given its status as a patent concept, we encourage readers to take it with a pinch of salt.
