A tipster on Weibo shared the new launch timeline of the Huawei Pura 80 series and Huawei Pocket 3.
Huawei will soon introduce new models in the market, including the Huawei Pura 80 series and Huawei Pocket 3. The devices have made the headlines in the past weeks, and both have been mentioned again in a new leak.
According to tipster Fixed Focus Digital, the Huawei Pocket 3 will be launched in March instead of the earlier February timeline shared in reports. The account suggested that the phone will offer “groundbreaking” features, adding that the foldable will specifically target the female market. As per earlier leaks, there will be two Huawei Pocket 3 versions. It is unknown if the leak was referring to the configuration, but it could also be the connectivity (5G and 4G), NFC support, satellite capability, or other features.
Meanwhile, FFD claimed that the Huawei Pura 80 launch has been postponed and is now slated for either May or June debut. Huawei is expected to use its rumored Kirin 9020 chip in the lineup. The Chinese giant is also planning to create its own self-developed camera system for the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra, both in the software and hardware section.
The Pura 80 Ultra is allegedly coming with a trio of lenses on its back, featuring a 50MP 1″ main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 1/1.3″ periscope unit. The system also allegedly implements a variable aperture for the main camera.
