The Infinix Hot 60i is finally here, and it comes with some improvements over its predecessor.
The new model replaces the Infinix Hot 50i, which launched in October last year. It still has the same Helio G81 Ultimate 4G chip, but it now offers a bigger 5160mAh battery (vs. 5000mAh) and faster 45W charging support (vs. 18W). It also has a brighter display, which is 200nits higher, and a better protection rating at IP64 (vs. IP54).
Despite being limited to 4G connectivity, the Infinix model boasts NFC support and even has an UltraLink feature, which can allow up to 500m of text messaging and calls without a mobile signal.
The Infinix Hot 60i is available in Titanium Silver, Sleek Black, Neon Red, Shadow Blue, Meadow Green, and Soul Eye Purple colorways. It has 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM options, and its storage choices include 128GB and 256GB eMMC 5.1. Currently, the smartphone is only available in Kenya and Bangladesh, but it should soon be offered in other markets, including the Philippines, Nigeria, Pakistan, and India.
