A new leak from a reputable source revealed the chips and camera setup for the upcoming iQOO 15 and iQOO 15 Ultra models.
Vivo is expected to unveil the next iQOO numbered series. In the past months, we heard about the Pro variant of the series. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has new information about the vanilla and Ultra models.
According to the account, both models will share similar premium features. That includes the SM8850 processor, which is believed to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 that will debut later this year.
Interestingly, the leak also revealed that both have a triple 50MP camera setup. DCS claimed that the system includes a periscope unit with 3x optical zoom, and noted that it is “standard” in the series, meaning the Pro variant will also have it.
According to earlier reports, the iQOO 15 series could feature a battery with a capacity of around 7000mAh and a flat 2K OLED with eye-protection capabilities and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. A more specific leak claimed that the Pro would have a 6.85″ 2K LTPO OLED with Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide tech, allowing dynamic refresh rate adjustments.
