A WIPO patent filing leak shows the possible design of the Oppo Find N5 Flip model.
Oppo introduced the Find N3 Flip in 2023, and we assumed that its flip phone ideas ended there. After all, its book-style foldable line already has the Find N5, which debuted in February.
However, it seems Oppo is just staying silent about the next Find Flip phone. That’s according to the company’s recent patent filing, which shows the possible new design of the Oppo Find N5 Flip.
According to the images, it still has the same vertical rectangular external display as the Find N3 Flip. However, the phone’s camera island seems to have a new form. Unlike the Find N3 with a circular camera island, the layout shows that the device will opt for a vertical pill-shaped camera module. Interestingly, it appears that Oppo will use three cameras this time for the Find N5 Flip.
Yet, while the entire news might excite fans, it is important to note that the leak is only a patent at the moment. As we mentioned in the past, patents do not always guarantee that the device will reach the mass production stage. With this, all we can do is wait until more leaks surface or, hopefully, the brand itself confirms the phone’s existence.
