MIUI 13 Weekly Beta 22.3.16 is Released | Changelog and New Features

MIUI 13 Weekly Beta 22.3.16 released on this Friday. The update of this week includes some UI changes and bug fixes as usual. Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi Note 9 and Redmi K30 Ultra are suspended because of development of Android 12 version for them.

These are the current bugs available in MIUI 13 22.3.16. Xiaomi will fix them in the next version.

System sounds during screen recording can’t be turned on. (For Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth only)
Phone app needs “Connect nearby device” permission enabled manually otherwise you may have issues with Bluetooth calls.
App opening animation may be broken on some apps during floating window mode is on.

Android security patch will be updated to 2022-03-01 patch soon.

Mobile data icon shows used data amount now. Long press on the icon gives more details about data usage such as different SIMs/phone numbers if available.

The screenshots you take won’t have “Reading mode” effect.

Two new “M01” and “Zong Xiaoyu” audio modes have been added on Xiao Ai.

The vibration during face and fingerprint unlock can be turned on and off. Fingerprint unlocking setting has some minor differences in UI. Fingerprint unlocking can be used with no animations at all.
