Motorola Edge 60 launching in India this Tuesday with Dimensity 7400, 5500mAh battery

The Motorola Edge 60 will officially join the series in India on June 10. However, it has some differences compared to its global counterpart.

The company started teasing the phone’s arrival in the Indian market last week. It will join the Edge 60 Pro in the country.

According to earlier teasers, the vanilla model has adopted the overall design of the global variant. However, the handheld’s listing in India confirms that it will differ in some sections, including the chip and battery. To recall, the Edge 60 launched globally with a Dimensity 7300 SoC and a 5200mAh battery. Nonetheless, the version in India is coming with the newer Dimensity 7400 chip and a bigger 5500mAh battery.

Meanwhile, we expect the other sections of the phone to remain unchanged:

  • LPDDR4X RAM
  • UFS 4.0 storage
  • 6.7” quad-curved 120Hz pOLED with 2712x1220px resolution and 4500nits peak brightness
  • 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-700C main camera + 50MP ultrawide + 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom
  • 50MP selfie camera
  • 68W charging
  • Android 15
  • IP68/69 rating + MIL-ST-810H
