The Vivo X200 series will soon welcome two more models: the Vivo X200S and Vivo X200 Ultra. Both are expected to debut together this year. Ahead of the timeline, a tipster on Weibo said that there will be two color options for both models. While the Vivo X200S will come in black and silver, the Ultra model will have black and red colors.

The Vivo X200S is expected to be based on the vanilla X200 model. The Vivo X200 Ultra, on the other hand, will be the top variant in the lineup. It recently appeared on TENAA sporting the same huge circular camera island design on the back. The Vivo X200 Ultra will be priced differently from its siblings. Redmi K80 Ultra lacks periscope but offers metal frame, ultrasonic sensor, brand’s ‘largest battery’ https://xiaomiui.net/redmi-k80-ultra-lacks-periscope-but-offers-metal-frame-ultrasonic-sensor-brands-largest-battery-60682/ Mon, 13 Jan 2025 07:07:26 +0000 https://xiaomiui.net/?p=60682 Some details of the Redmi K80 Ultra have leaked online. While the phone reportedly lacks in the periscope section, it is said to sport Redmi’s biggest battery soon.

The Redmi K80 series debuted last November, and we are now waiting for the arrival of its Ultra model. Tipster Smart Pikachu shared that the premium model will offer a metal frame, a glass body, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. However, the account claimed that it still doesn’t have a periscope unit despite being at the top of the lineup. To recall, its Pro sibling in China has a rear camera setup made up of 50MP 1/ 1.55″ Light Fusion 800 + 32MP Samsung S5KKD1 ultrawide + 50MP Samsung S5KJN5 2.5x telephoto.

On a positive note, the tipster said that the phone will offer the largest battery from Redmi. Earlier leaks noted that it would house a 6500mAh battery, but the standard model already has a 6550mAh rating. With this, there is a possibility that the phone could offer around 7000mAh capacity.

That is not impossible as more brands embrace the 7000mAh rating as the new standard in most modern models these days. Moreover, an earlier leak revealed that Xiaomi started exploring various battery and charging combinations for its smartphones. One included a huge 7500mAh battery with 100W charging support.

This includes the HMD XR21, which was introduced in May last year and offers the same set of specifications as its Nokia counterpart, like a Snapdragon 695 chip, a 6.49″ FHD+ 120Hz IPS LCD, a 64MP main + 8MP ultrawide rear camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, a 4800mAh battery, and 33W charging support.

It is important to note, however, that HMD Global continues to offer its Nokia feature phones on its website. Currently, over 30 Nokia feature phones are available on HMD’s website. It is unknown how long the company will offer them, but it could be until next year. To recall, earlier reports revealed that HMD’s Nokia brand licensing is set to end in March 2026.

Motorola Moto G Power 2025 renders, 15W wireless charging support leak https://xiaomiui.net/moto-g-power-2025-renders-15w-wireless-charging-60648/ Sat, 11 Jan 2025 14:36:27 +0000 https://xiaomiui.net/?p=60648 The Motorola Moto G Power 2025 appeared on the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), revealing its 15W wireless charging support. A recent leak also shows the phone’s official design.

The device’s WPC certification shows its XT2515 model number. The leak also confirms its 15W wireless charging support.

According to leaked renders of the phone, it will adopt almost the same rear camera design as most current Motorola models. This is different from the design of its predecessor, which only has two punch-holes for its cameras. Yet, it is important to note that the new model still seemingly has the same two camera units on its rear.

The renders show that the Motorola Moto G Power 2025 has a flat display with a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera. Overall, the phone implements a flat design to its side frames and back panel, but minimal curves are still present on the edges. The model reportedly measures 166.62 x 77.1 x 8.72mm.

Other details of the phone are not yet available, but the specifications of the current Moto G Power 2024 could give us a good idea of what it will offer soon. To recall, the Moto G Power 2024 debuted with a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chip, a 5000mAh battery, 30W wired and 15W wireless charging, a 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz LCD, a 50MP main camera, and a 16MP selfie camera.

The account shared in an earlier post that one flip phone would be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, claiming that it would debut earlier than its predecessor. As per speculations, it could be the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2.

In a separate post, DCS suggested that the Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 will support wireless charging, have an IPX8 protection rating, and have a thinner and more durable body.

The news coincides with the MIX Flip 2’s appearance on the EEC platform, where it was spotted with the 2505APX7BG model number. This clearly confirms that the handheld will be offered in the European market and possibly in other global markets.
