Red Magic General Manager James Jiang said that the price of the Red Magic X GoldenSaga won’t increase despite the rise in the price of gold.
The Red Magic 10 Pro was announced in November last year, and Nubia reintroduced it as the Red Magic X GoldenSaga last month. The model joined the brand’s Legend of Zhenjin Limited Collection, offering users some high-end features, including an enhanced cooling system featuring gold vapor chamber cooling and carbon fiber for heat management. The main highlight of the phone, nonetheless, is the use of gold and silver elements in its various sections, including its gold and silver air ducts and gold-plated power button and logo.
Sadly, the price of gold has seen an increase recently, prompting some to worry about the possible hike in the price tag of the Red Magic X GoldenSaga. Yet, Jiang has promised that the brand is not going to make such a move, ensuring fans that the model would maintain its CN¥9,699 price tag in China.
The Red Magic X GoldenSaga comes in a single 24GB/1TB configuration and offers the same specs as the Red Magic 10 Pro. Some of its highlights include the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition SoC, Red Core R3 gaming chip, 6500mAh battery with 80W charging, and a 6.85″ BOE Q9+ AMOLED with 1216x2688px resolution, 144Hz max refresh, and 2000nits peak brightness.
