OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition would house a Dimensity 9400e chip and a 7100mAh battery.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition are debuting this Tuesday, and both are already available for pre-registrations in China. Ahead of their official unveiling, the brand has revealed several details about the models. The most recent one involved the Racing Edition variant, which the brand confirmed to have a Dimensity 9400e chip, making it one of the first models to offer the chip. To recall, the Realme Neo 7 Turbo is also powered by the same chip, as confirmed by the brand ahead of its May 29 debut.
In addition to the chip, OnePlus shared that the Ace 5 Racing Edition also houses a huge 7100mAh battery. This is another achievement for the brand, as the upcoming model will boast the brand’s biggest battery to date.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition is coming in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, and 16GB/512GB variants. Its colors include Wilderness Green, White, and Rock Black. It is rumored to feature a 6.77″ flat LTPS display, a 16MP selfie camera, a 50MP + 2MP rear camera setup, an optical fingerprint scanner, 80W charging, and a plastic frame.
