The alleged live units of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition have emerged online.
The two models will debut next week in China, but the brand still hasn’t shared the date. Amid the wait for their arrival, tipster Abhishek Yadav shared live images of their alleged units online.
According to the photo, both phones sport flat designs, including on their back panels and side frames. The two models also appear to have pill-shaped camera islands placed vertically on the upper left side of the back panel. However, the camera island of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra appears longer since it also houses the flash unit, unlike the Ace 5 Racing Edition, which has its flash outside the module.
According to earlier reports, the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition would be the first to employ the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chip. Aside from the SoC, it could also feature a 6.77″ flat LTPS display, a 16MP selfie camera, a 50MP + 2MP rear camera setup, an optical fingerprint scanner, a 7000mAh battery, 80W charging, a plastic frame, and a decent price.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra is expected to house a Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The chip was confirmed through the phone’s Geekbench listing, where it was tested with 16GB RAM and Android 15, allowing it to secure 2779 and 8660 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. Other details it could offer include a 7000mAh battery, 100W charging support, a 6.83″ OLED, a 50MP main camera, and a 16MP selfie camera.
