OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 5 series is coming soon to the global market.
The brand posted a short clip teasing the series but later deleted the material. Nonetheless, thanks to a screen grab from a fan, we finally have a peek at the series’ official yet partial design.
According to the image, the phone’s look will drastically differ from that of the OnePlus Nord 4 and OnePlus Nord 4 CE. Unlike the two earlier models, the Nord 5 series will sport a pill-shaped camera island protruding prominently in the upper left section of the back panel. In particular, the device in the teaser appears to be highly similar to the design of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra, which debuted in China last month.
Since the teaser mentioned that it would be a series debut, we expect that, in addition to the vanilla model, we will also welcome the OnePlus Nord CE 5. According to earlier leaks, here are the specs expected from the two models:
