Zhou Yibao, product manager of the Oppo Find series, has corroborated the earlier leaked specifications of the upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra. However, the official noted that, unlike the earlier rumors, the phone’s battery “should be a little bigger than 6000mAh.”
The manager seemingly confirmed the details of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra after he shared the post of prolific leaker Digital Chat Station, who summarized the phone’s leaked details.
According to the post, the Ultra phone will have the following:
- Flat 2K display with ultra-narrow bezels
- In-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor
- Two periscope telephoto cameras with 6x and 3x optical zoom, one unit with macro capability
- 100W charging support
- Thickness around 8mm
- Fake leather design
- IP68 and IP69 ratings
- Custom vibration motor
Zhou Yibao, however, noted that instead of the speculated 6000mAh battery, the phone will have a little bigger one. With this, we expect it to have at least an additional 100mAh rating or more.
The phone is set to launch next month, and we expect more details to be confirmed as its debut timeline approaches.
Stay tuned!
