Oppo has another teaser underscoring the improvements in its upcoming Oppo Find N5 foldable smartphone.
The Oppo Find N5 is expected to arrive in two weeks, and the company is now in full force in hyping up the fans for the phone’s debut. In the brand’s move, Oppo CPO Pete Lau revealed the front display of the Find N5 while comparing it to another foldable, which seems to be the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold.
The executive underscored the Find N5’s nearly crease-free foldable display. While the crease still shows at certain angles, it is undeniable that it has much better crease control than the Samsung foldable.
The news follows several teases by Oppo about the phone, sharing that it will offer thin bezels, wireless charging support, a thin body, a white color option, and IPX6/X8/X9 ratings. Its Geekbench listing also shows that it will be powered by a 7-core version of Snapdragon 8 Elite, while tipster Digital Chat Station shared in a recent post on Weibo that the Find N5 also has 50W wireless charging, a 3D-printed titanium alloy hinge, a triple camera with periscope, a side fingerprint, satellite support, and 219g weight.
The Oppo Find N5 pre-orders are now available in China.
