Oppo Find N5 gets macOS integration via remote desktop capability

Oppo confirmed that the upcoming Oppo Find N5 has macOS integration, allowing users to access their files from their phones.

The Oppo Find N5 is one of the most anticipated foldables this year, and it will be more than just a normal smartphone. In its most recent announcement, the company underscored the foldable’s productivity capability, thanks to its macOS integration. With this, users should be able to access their Mac computers from their phones.

Even more, the Oppo Find N5 boasts the Oppo Office Assistant, allowing it to function as a portable laptop. While the other half of the phone will serve as the display, the other half of the screen will function as a keyboard. As mentioned before, the Oppo Find N5 works with macOS through its remote desktop feature, so you can access your Mac this way.

The news follows earlier teases from the company highlighting the Find N5’s productivity features. In addition to accommodating up to three apps simultaneously on its screen, Oppo shared that users can also take advantage of the Oppo Office Assistant’s AI capabilities. The options include document summarization, translation, editing, shortening, expansion, and more.
