A new leak reveals the possible specifications of the Oppo Find X9s, one of the upcoming models in the next Find X series.
The Oppo Find X9 lineup is expected to arrive late this year. Like the current series, the lineup reportedly includes a compact model.
According to reputable leaker Digital Chat Station, the X9s will also have a display measuring around 6.3 inches. The screen will also be flat, just like the one in the Oppo Find X8s. Moreover, from the current optical fingerprint scanner, the device is allegedly getting an upgrade by shifting to ultrasonic this year.
The Oppo smartphone is allegedly being tested with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, which is an improvement over the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ in the X8s. According to earlier reports, the chip could debut in the last quarter of 2025.
DCS also shared that the Oppo Find X9s will have a trio of 50MP cameras on its back, and it should include a 50MP periscope unit. To recall, its predecessor also has the same setup, comprised of a 50MP (24mm, f/1.8) main camera with OIS, a 50MP (15mm, f/2.0) ultrawide, and a 50MP (f/2.8, 85mm) telephoto with OIS.
Ultimately, the phone’s development progress is said to be “slow,” and DCS suggested that instead of arriving with the first batch of Find X9 series models, the X9s could debut with the Oppo X9 Ultra. This is unsurprising since the X8s and X8 Ultra were also unveiled together last April.
