Oppo announced that it would unveil the Oppo K12s on April 22 and shared some of its key details.
The brand shared the news in China, where it also revealed its design and color options. According to the images shared by the company, the Oppo K12s has an iPhone-like look through its flat design and square-shaped camera island on its back. The module has a pill-shaped element inside and houses cutouts for the lenses and the flash unit. The K12s will be available in three colors: Star White, Rose Purple, and Prism Black.
In addition to those details, Oppo confirmed the phone’s battery and charging details, saying it will house a 7000mAh battery with 80W charging support. According to Oppo, the Oppo K12s’ battery offers 1800 battery cycles.
Other details expected from the new K12 series member include a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip, two RAM options (8GB/12GB), three storage options (128GB/256GB/512GB), a 6.67″ FHD+ AMOLED with an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 50MP + 2MP rear camera setup, and a 16MP selfie camera unit.
