A handful of Oppo devices are expected to support the brand’s Master Live capability in the last quarter of the year.
Zhou Yibao, the Oppo Find series product manager, shared the news on Weibo, naming all the models that would be receiving the support this year. According to the official, the list includes the Oppo Find X8, X8 Pro, X7, X7 Ultra, N5, and N3.
The Master Live combines the power of the Master Mode (which debuted first in the Find X8 Ultra and X8s models) and Live Photo. In addition to the advanced manual controls (like ISO, shutter speed, and white balance), users can also capture a three-second video clip before and after pressing the shutter. This provides a time-lapse effect and the option to choose the best frame for a photo.
