Xiaomi started the development of the Redmi K50 Pro with MIUI on August 21. This means that by August 21, the prototype of the device was almost completed. Redmi K50 Pro, Xiaomi 12X Pro, POCO F4 Pro will be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 device that Xiaomi will launch after the Xiaomi 12 series. The device, which will use a flagship processor as in the old Redmi K series, will have unique performance. Its processor will be at the flagship level, but its other features will not be low-spec. It will come with a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This device, which has a mixture of glass and metal, will have a modern design lines as we see every year. The code name of Redmi K50 Pro will be ingres and the model number will be L11. This device will have the same specifications in three regions. One different will be market names.

Redmi K50 Pro, Xiaomi 12X Pro, POCO F4 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with part number SM8450. Regarding ram, there will be 8 GB, 12 GB and 16 GB ram options. It will support this power with liquid cooling like every year and will not lose performance. The Redmi K50 Pro, Xiaomi 12X Pro, POCO F4 Pro will use Qualcomm’s latest X65 5G modem. It will support almost all 4G and 5G bands. Thus, it will have an internet speed where we can get high speed and low ping all over the world. According to Redmi’s statements, the Redmi K50 Pro will support a fingerprint on the screen.
Redmi K50 Pro will have a 64 MP OV64B rear camera. Redmi K50 Pro, which comes with a triple camera setup, will be supported by ultra-wide and macro cameras.

Redmi K50 Pro will be available in China, India and Global market. It will be available as Redmi K50 Pro in China, Xiaomi 12X Pro in India, and POCO F4 Pro in the global market. Its Chinese model number will be 22011211C, the Indian model number will be 22011211I, and the global model number will be 22011211G. When we look at the IMEI database, we see that the devices are divided into POCO, Redmi and Xiaomi brands. Model number starts with 22 01. That brings the possibility of being introduced in January 2022.
