Xiaomi releases variety of devices and all of them are offered under the Redmi, Xiaomi, and POCO brands. We currently expect a new POCO phone to come out soon.
Redmi Note series has seen good with sales in many areas. Users prefer the Redmi Note series because of its affordable price with mid level specs. To keep the price low and localize it for each country, Xiaomi can offer the same phone under different brandings.
We are not sure how the new POCO phone will be called but we expect it to be released as a rebranded version of Redmi Note 12. Since only Redmi Note 12 in the Redmi Note 12 series is equipped with a Snapdragon processor, we expect this future POCO phone to be powered by a Snapdragon processor as well.
Himanshu Tandon, Country Head of POCO India, has also shared that the next POCO phone will not have the same specifications as Redmi Note 12. Although we are not sure how the new POCO phone will be, we expect a model similar to the Redmi Note 12. On the other hand POCO C50 (rebranded version of Redmi A1+) may also come out instead of a rebranded version of Redmi Note 12.
