Xiaomi releases some devices exclusively in India. POCO’s budget phone, POCO M4 5G was already announced in India earlier and now it’s going to launch globally. POCO releases extremely budget friendly devices. Currently POCO M4 5G and its more advanced version POCO M4 Pro 5G are available in India.
At the moment POCO M4 5G will be available worldwide as well. POCO M4 5G costs ₹10,999 in India which is $138. The global price is unknown yet.
POCO M4 5G(Global) specifications
POCO M4 5G comes in 3 different colors: black, yellow and blue. The global edition of the POCO M4 5G features slightly different materials on camera setup than the original India release. Both Indian and global versions feature MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The processor has 7 nm manufacturing process 2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55. POCO M4 5G has FHD 90 Hz IPS display. The screen size is 6.58″.
POCO M4 5G weighs 200 grams and it has 164 x 76.1 x 8.9 mm dimensions. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 18W charging. The phone itself supports 18W max charging speed but POCO included a 22.5W charger in the box. POCO M4 5G packs a fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone.
Global version of POCO M4 5G features 13 MP main camera, 2 MP depth camera and a 5 MP front camera. Both rear and front cameras can record videos at FHD 30 FPS and HD 30 FPS. POCO M4 5G has NFC, FM Radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. It comes with Android 12 MIUI 13 out of the box.
