POCO has finally launched the POCO X4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro devices globally. POCO X4 Pro packs a very good set of specifications like a Snapdragon 5G chipset, 6.67-inches AMOLED 120Hz display, fast charging, gorgeous looking back and much more. The M4 Pro also packs interesting specifications like MediaTek chipset, AMOLED display and much more. One of the important things is both the devices use same firmware as Redmi counterparts.
POCO M4 Pro Specifications
The POCO M4 Pro comes with a 6.43-inches FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplay with 1000 nits of peak brightness, 409 PPI, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset coupled with up to 8GB of DDR4x based RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery which is further rechargeable using 33W Pro fast wired charging. The device will boot up on MIUI 13 out of the box.
As for the optics, it has a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP 118-degree secondary ultrawide, and a 2MP macro camera at last. There is a 16MP front-facing camera housed in the centre punch-hole cutout. Additional features include IR Blaster, Dual stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack and Dynamic RAM expansion.
POCO X4 Pro 5G Specifications
The POCO X4 Pro 5G flaunts a gorgeous 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplay with 120Hz high refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 4,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and 1200 nits of peak brightness. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset paired with up to 8GB of DDR4x based RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. The device is backed by a 5000mAh battery with support of 67W fast wired charging. It can fuel up the battery to 100% in just 41 minutes.
The X4 Pro offers an upgraded triple rear camera setup with a 108MP primary wide sensor, 8MP secondary ultrawide and 2MP macro. It also has the same 16MP front-facing camera. It comes with additional features such as support of NFC, Dynamic RAM Expansion, 3.5mm headphone jack, IR Blaster, and Dual stereo speaker support. The device will boot up on MIUI 13 based on Android 11 out of the box.
Pricing and Variants
The POCO X4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro will be available in two different variants: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The X4 Pro 5G will come in Laser Blue, Laser Black and POCO Yellow, while the M4 Pro will come in Power Black, Cool Blue and POCO Yellow colour variants. The X4 Pro 5G will cost EUR 300 (~ USD 335) for the 6GB variant and EUR 350 (~ USD 391) for the 8GB variant. Whereas the POCO M4 Pro will be available for EUR 219 (~ USD 244) for the 6GB variant and EUR 269 (~ USD 300)for the 8GB variant.
The company is also offering early bird pricing, using which one can get the M4 Pro’s 6GB and 8GB variant for EUR 199 (~ USD 222) and EUR 249 (~ USD 279) respectively. The POCO X4 Pro will sell for EUR 269 (~ USD 300) and EUR 319 (~USD 356) for the 6GB and 8GB variants respectively. The Early bird pricing will be applicable only on the first sale of the device.
