According to a leaker, the Realme GT 7 will debut next month and will cost less than the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro.
Realme should soon announce the Realme GT 7 and Realme GT 7 SE. While the brand already confirmed the Neo 7 SE’s MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chip, it still hasn’t provided details about the devices’ launch dates.
Nonetheless, tipster account Experience More shared on Weibo that the two phones could arrive at the end of February.
The leaker also pointed out that the Realme GT 7 would be the “cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite” model, while the SE model would be the “cheapest Dimensity 8400” device in the market. Yet, the account underscored that these titles would just be temporary, suggesting that other models with the same chips could arrive at cheaper prices.
In the post, the leaker also hinted at the possible price range of the GT 7 model, saying it will beat the price of the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. The said OnePlus model debuted in China last month with a CN¥3399 starting price for its 12GB/256GB configuration and Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
In related news, the Realme GT 7 is expected to offer almost the same specs as the GT 7 Pro. There will be some differences, nonetheless, including the removal of the periscope telephoto unit. Some of the details we now know about the Realme GT 7 through leaks include its 5G connectivity, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, four memory (8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB) and storage options (128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB), 6.78″ 1.5K AMOLED with an in-display fingerprint sensor, 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide rear camera setup, 16MP selfie camera, 6500mAh battery, and 120W charging support.
