Xiaomi introduced Redmi Buds 4 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro globally with model number “M2137E1” and “M2132E1“. Both the wireless earphones are available on Chinese Mi Store website.
Redmi Buds 4 costs 199 CNY (28 USD) and the Pro model costs 369 CNY (53 USD). Both the earphones come with white color but Pro model has a black version instead of blue.
Redmi Buds 4 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro
As Xiaomi claims both the earphones have noise cancelling, Buds 4 features hybrid active noise cancellation up to 35 dB and Buds 4 Pro has up to 43 dB active noise cancelling. Both the earphones are dust and water resistant with IP54 rating.
Redmi Buds 4 Pro supports LDAC codec (AAC on Redmi Buds 4) at transmission speed of 990 kbps an audio resolutions of 96kHz/24bit and above. Redmi Buds 4 Pro 6 mm titanium dynamic driver for treble sounds and 10 mm aluminium alloy dynamic driver.
Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro has 3 different active noise cancelling modes. Buds 4 automatically switches between ANC modes based on ambient sound. Xiaomi names the ANC modes as “Light mode, Deep mode, Balanced mode”.
Redmi Buds 4 offers 6 hours of usage time and Buds 4 Pro with 9 hours of usage on single charge. Buds 4 features 30 hours of usage and Buds 4 Pro does 36 hours with the fully charged box.
Both the earphones have touch support. Redmi Buds 4 supports Bluetooth 5.2 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro has Bluetooth 5.3 support. You can connect both the earphones through Xiaomi Earbuds app available on Google Play Store. Download the app from this link.
