Redmi Buds 4 Pro is a budget-oriented TWS launched in China today. The company’s claim for the product is high and it does offer some very good specifications on paper such as stereo sound support, Active noise cancellation, AI-controlled music tuning and much more. The brand also claims that its ANC tech can go toe to toe with premium costing TWS. Let’s have a complete look at its specifications.
Redmi Buds 4 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro; Specifications and Price
Starting from the specifications, both the TWS offers 10mm, large dynamic coil drivers, for an improved listening experience. The Buds 4 Pro has got double moving coil along with HiFi sound quality, virtual surround sound and Xiaomi’s acoustic custom audio tuning support. Both the TWS comes with the support for AI intelligent adjustment for pleasant sound quality. We previously reported that the Redmi Buds 4 series would feature ANC, and the Buds 4 has ANC support for up to 35dbs while the Pro model has got ANC support up to 43dbs with intense adjustments. The brand claims that Buds 4 Pro’s ANC is as good as any high costing TWS.
The Redmi Buds 4 has got up to 30 hours of claimed battery backup and Buds 4 Pro has claimed battery backup of up to 30 hours. Both the TWS supports fast charging. Both the regular and Pro models come with support for Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. As soon as you open the lid of TWS, they will be instantly connected to the devices they are paired with. Both the models are IP54 dust and water resistance rated.
The Redmi Buds 4 is priced at CNY 199 (USD 29), while the Redmi Buds 4 Pro is priced at CNY 369. (USD 55). The devices will be available for pre-order in China beginning May 30th, 2022. The standard model is available in White and Light Blue, while the Pro model is available in Polar Night and Mirror Lake White.
