Xiaomi’s latest flagship killer, the Redmi K80 Ultra, is finally in China, offering fans a huge 7410mAh battery and the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip.
The new Redmi smartphone arrived with the Redmi K Pad in its domestic market. The model is designed to be an ideal gaming handheld for fans. In addition to its powerful 3nm SoC and battery, it comes with an impressive 144Hz OLED with 3200nits peak brightness, a dual speaker system, a D2 independent graphics chip, and an X-axis linear vibration motor for a better gaming experience.

In China, the phone comes in Sandstone Gray, Moon Rock White, Spruce Green, and Ice Front Blue colorways. Configurations include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.
Xiaomi still hasn’t shared its plans for launching the phone in the global market. However, like in the past, the Chinese giant could rebadge the phone for international buyers. To recall, the Redmi K80 Ultra’s predecessor, the Redmi K70 Ultra, was rebranded as Xiaomi 14T Pro globally. If that happens, expect that it could be named the Xiaomi 15T Pro in Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and more countries.
