Redmi Note 14 Pro reportedly has Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, 1.5K AMOLED

Finally, the silence revolving around the Redmi Note 14 Pro has been broken, with the first wave of its details surfacing online.

The details came from a recent post on Weibo from a reputable leaker, Digital Chat Station. The tipster didn’t directly name the phone model, but based on the details included in the post, one can guess that it all points to the upcoming Redmi Note 14 Pro. Moreover, Redmi is known to produce a new Redmi Note model every year, so the successor of the 2023 Redmi Note 13 is already expected.

According to the account’s post, the new phone is expected to be thin but offers a powerful camera system. The specifications of the lenses are unknown, but the claim seems to suggest that there will be a huge improvement over the Redmi Note 13’s 108MP wide (f/1.7, 1/1.67″) / 8MP ultrawide (f/2.2) / 2MP depth (f/2.4) rear camera arrangement.

Moreover, the Redmi Note 14 series is reportedly getting the Qualcomm SM7635 chip, AKA the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. The lineup’s memory and storage were not divulged, but we hope that we will get a bigger upgrade over last year’s 12GB/256GB maximum configuration.

Outside, DCS claimed that the new device would have a 1.5K AMOLED screen, making it promising over past generations of Redmi Note. Inside, it is believed that the series could have a battery exceeding the current 5000mAh battery capacity of the Redmi Note 13.

Needless to say, these details are just leaks, so we still encourage our readers to take these things with a pinch of salt. However, you can expect more updates regarding the Redmi Note 14 Pro soon.
