Key details of the upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro+ have leaked online, including its new processor and larger battery.
Xiaomi is expected to update its Redmi Note series this year, especially after the brand confirmed the global success of its creation. According to an earlier report, the Redmi Note 15 series will arrive in the second half of the year, which is in line with the past releases of earlier Notes.
In a new leak involving the series, well-known leaker Digital Chat Station shared some of the major specifications of the Pro+ model. According to the account, the said model will arrive with a new chip and a bigger battery. Here are the specifics shared by DCS:
- Snapdragon 7s Gen 4
- 1.5K quad-curved display
- 50MP main camera + 50MP telephoto unit
- 7000mAh+ battery capacity
To compare, the Note 14 Pro+ debuted in China with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, a 6.67″ curved 1220p+ 120Hz OLED, a trio of cameras (50MP OmniVision Light Hunter 800 with OIS + 50Mp telephoto with 2.5x optical zoom + 8MP ultrawide), a 6200mAh battery, and 90W charging support. For the global variant, the battery is limited to 5110mAh. As such, we expect the international version of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ also to have a lower battery capacity, albeit with higher charging support.
