Xiaomi is all set to launch the Redmi Note 11 Pro series of smartphones in India. The series will consist of two smartphones; Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ 5G. The Note 11 Pro+ 5G is rumoured to be the rebranded version of the global Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. Now, Xiaomi has also revealed that they are going to debut the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in the same event.
Redmi Watch 2 Lite to land in India soon
Redmi India, via its official Twitter handle, has confirmed the launch of the upcoming Redmi Watch 2 Lite. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite will be launched alongside Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G smartphone in the same event on March 09th, 2022. The online launch event will be streamed on the official handles of Redmi India on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. As of now, we don’t have much information regarding the specifications of the India variant of the Redmi Watch 2 Lite.
However, the teaser confirms square dial of the watch will support multiple watch faces and GPS based location tracking. The smartwatch has already been launched in European markets and so we are aware of its global specifications. The Watch 2 Lite offers a 1.55-inches colour touchscreen display with 360*320 pixel resolution. It has a square dial and the company offers 100+ different watch faces.
It comes with all the tracking features such as 24*7 continuous heart rate monitoring, step counter, SpO2 monitoring, sleep monitoring, and more. Furthermore, the watch comes with the support of GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BDS based location tracking system. It packs a 262mAh battery with a claimed battery life of up to 10 days.
