It is very good phone but koyi 13 is very buggy and it\'s disappointed me with YouTube stuck and lagging bug.

I suggest that not to buy this phone, you can go for an alternate one. It\'s the most worst 5G phone. The network connectivity are very bad, which I was felt with in two day after buying., sometimes it\'s just irritate us. The camera quality is very worst. They are lying that it is a 50 mega pixel camera,but reality is it worst even when we take photo in 50 megapixel. The shutter speed is very slow. I realize it within two days from the time of buying. The sound is very very worst, you can just hear the sound the volume is atmost level. Even we can\'t hear the caller tune. Scrolling in display is a tremendous task, you cannot do your job easily with this phone. It\'s very hard to swipe. When we call to some one we can\'t the callers\'name and other options it is just blank. My humble request is not buy this phone, I felt above issues with in a two to three days. The neagitives are: Bad scrolling . Bad network connectivity. Bad speaker and sound quality. Bad camera quality. Bad processing.

I don't recommend

I brought this phone a week ago and I am very dissatisfied with this phone. It has very poor network connectivity. Can\'t use watsapp, Instagram and YouTube for 5-10 straight, Without any buffering. I am really regretting my purchase. I really want my money back.
