A massive specs leak about the Vivo T4 Ultra has emerged online ahead of its alleged launch in early June.
The Vivo T4 Ultra will join the lineup, which already has the vanilla Vivo T4 model. Amid the company’s silence about the model’s arrival, tipster Yogesh Brar shared some of the key details of the phone on X.
According to the account, the phone will arrive early next month. While the leak doesn’t include the price range of the handheld, the leaker shared that the phone will offer the following details:
- MediaTek Dimensity 9300 series
- 6.67″ 120Hz pOLED
- 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera
- 50MP periscope
- 90W charging support
- Android 15-based FunTouch OS 15
In addition to those details, the Vivo T4 Ultra could adopt some of the details of its standard sibling, which has the following:

- 8GB/256GB (₹21999) and 12GB/256GB (₹25999)
- 6.77″ curved FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED with 5000nits local peak brightness and under-display optical fingerprint scanner
