Vivo V40 Lite to arrive with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, 8GB RAM, 6.78” FHD+ AMOLED, ₹35,900 price tag

Vivo is expected to debut another new device in the market, the Vivo V40 Lite. According to recent leaks, the phone will have some decent features, including a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, 8GB RAM, and a 6.78” FHD+ AMOLED screen. Aside from this, the model will reportedly sell for ₹35,900 in India.

The new wave of leaks comes from leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore on X. The tipster shared some images of the renders of the Vivo V40 Lite, which comes with a curved display, thin bezels, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. In the back, the renders show a circular camera island in the upper left part of the back panel. It is surrounded by a metal ring to make it appear more prominent and contains the camera lenses and the flash unit. Also, based on the images, it seems like the panel edges and corners will have slight curves.

According to the leaker, the V40 Lite will sell for ₹35,900 in India. As for its details, the device is believed to offer the following features:

  • Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip
  • 8GB/256GB configuration (other options are expected to be offered)
  • 6.78” FHD+ AMOLED with 2400X1080 pixels resolution
  • Rear Camera System: 50MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP sensor
