The Vivo V50 is now official in India. However, it is not an entirely new model; it is essentially a minimally enhanced Vivo V40.
At a glance, the Vivo V50 borrows most of its predecessor’s aesthetic details. Even its internals are the same.
Yet, Vivo introduced some changes in the V50, including a bigger 6000mAh battery, a faster 90W charging, and a higher IP69 rating. To recall, the Vivo V40 debuted with a 5,500mAh battery, 80W charging, and an IP68 rating. In other sections, the Vivo V50 offers almost the same specs as its V40 sibling.
The handheld will hit stores on February 25. It will be offered in Rose Red, Starry Night, and Titanium Grey colors. Its configurations include 8GB/128GB and 12GB/512GB, priced at ₹34,999 and ₹40,999, respectively.
