New leaks suggest that the Vivo X Fold 5 will arrive earlier than anticipated and be cheaper than the earlier X Fold 3 Pro.
According to an earlier report, Vivo’s next book-style foldable will debut in India on July 10. Prior to the phone’s Indian debut, it is expected to arrive in China first.
Now, reputable tipster Digital Chat Station has finally shared that the device could actually arrive in its domestic market this month. Yet, the account pointed out that it is currently tentative and could change in the coming days.
In addition to its timeline, the leaker revealed some of the details of the handheld, including its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 90W wired charging speed, wireless charging support, 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto unit, and lightweight body.
Meanwhile, another tipster, Panda is Very Bald, recently told a follower that the Vivo X Fold 5 will be cheaper than the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro. To recall, the earlier model arrived in China last year with a CN¥9,999 starting price for its 16GB/512GB configuration.
