Vivo has already started teasing the Vivo X200 FE in India. While the company didn’t provide the date, earlier reports revealed the model’s possible debut timeline.
The new Vivo smartphone is now in Taiwan and is expected to be announced in other global markets soon, including India and Malaysia. The list of markets welcoming the phone remains unavailable, but it could cover Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and more countries in Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. In India, the company confirmed that it is “coming soon.”
Despite being secretive about the date, an earlier leak revealed that the device would be introduced in India between July 14 and July 19. The compact model is allegedly debuting alongside the Vivo X Fold 5 foldable.
The FE model is a rebadged Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which was earlier presented in China. The Vivo X200 FE in Taiwan adopted many of the details of its S30 series counterpart (MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip, 6500mAh battery with 90W charging, 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera, and more), and the Indian variant could also likely have the same specs.
