Vivo shared another set of photos to highlight how powerful the upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra’s camera system is.
The news follows several teasers from the company itself, including its camera lenses. A day ago, we also received sample images taken using the phone’s 50MP Sony LYT-818 1/1.28″ OIS ultrawide unit. Now, Vivo is back to reveal how impressive the phone’s telephoto camera is.
In the images shared by the company, it captured images of Taiwanese actress/singer Cyndi Wang using X200 Ultra’s 10x, 20x, and 30x zoom options. Impressively, all photos carry an impressive amount of details, even the 30x zoom.
According to Vivo, the great performance of the Vivo X200 Ultra’s camera is made possible by a second-generation 85mm Zeiss APO 200MP periscope telephoto lens. The company claimed that the larger aperture of the telephoto lets it capture 38% more light. The Ultra phone is also said to offer 40% better image stabilization, ensuring the telephoto shots are free from unwanted shakes.
As earlier reported, the Ultra phone houses a 50MP Sony LYT-818 (35mm) main camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-818 (14mm) ultrawide camera, and a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 (85mm) periscope camera. Other details expected from the phone include a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a curved 2K display, 4K@120fps HDR video recording support, Live Photos, a 6000mAh battery, and up to 1TB storage. As per rumors, it will have a price tag of around CN¥5,500 in China.
