Vivo X200s specs leak ahead of rumored mid-April debut alongside X200 Ultra

Several details of the Vivo X200s have leaked. The phone, along with the Vivo X200 Ultra model, is said to be coming in mid-April.

The two devices are said to be “guaranteed to be released in April,” but it will be in the middle of the month. That will be six months away after the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro debuted in October last year.

In a separate post, some of the major details of the Vivo X200s have leaked. According to reputable tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will have a Dimensity 9400+ chip. This is expected to be an overclocked Dimensity 9400 chip, which is being used by the vanilla Vivo X200 model.

In addition to the said Mediatek processor, the Vivo X200s is said to offer a batter with more than 6000mAh capacity, a 1.5K flat display, a triple camera system with a 50MP main camera and a periscope telephoto macro unit, wireless charging support, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. In terms of its external appearance, fans could expect a metal middle frame and a glass body made from a “new” splicing process tech. According to earlier leaks, the Vivo X200S will come in black and silver, and the Ultra model will have black and red colors.

The Vivo X200 Ultra appeared on TENAA last month, sporting a huge circular camera island design on the back. The Vivo X200 Ultra will be priced differently from its siblings. According to a different leaker, unlike the other X200 devices, the X200 Ultra will have a price tag of around CN¥5,500. The phone is expected to get a Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 2K OLED, a 50MP main camera + 50MP ultrawide + 200MP periscope telephoto setup, a 6000mAh battery, 100W charging support, wireless charging, and up to 1TB storage.
