More Vivo X300 Pro Mini specs leak

A new leak reveals some of the key details of the upcoming Vivo X300 Pro Mini model.

Vivo introduced the Vivo X200 series in China in October, and the brand is expected to update the lineup this year. After this, the models could be unveiled in other global markets, including India, Malaysia, Turkey, Singapore, and parts of Europe.

Amid the brand’s official announcement for the new series, several leaks are already surfacing online. In the latest tip from reputable leaker Digital Chat Station, the alleged X300 Pro Mini model was teased.

According to the account, the upcoming model will be compact. To recall, the X200 series also has a Pro Mini model, which remains exclusive to China. This year, DCS claimed that the X300 will also have a display measuring around 6.3 inches. It allegedly comes with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner support.

Additionally, the tip revealed that the phone also has a periscope unit with 3x optical zoom. A 50MP IMX882 lens is reportedly being tested for the camera. According to DCS, a “new optical focus prism module” could also be added. To compare, the X200 Pro Mini has a trio of cameras in its back composed of a 50MP wide (1/1.28″) with PDAF and OIS; a 50MP periscope telephoto (1/1.95″) with PDAF, OIS, and 3x optical zoom; and a 50MP ultrawide (1/2.76″) with AF.

Ultimately, the tipster claimed that the Vivo X300 Pro Mini also has a full waterproof rating and wireless charging support. Currently, the X200 has IP68/IP69 ratings and 90W wired and 30W wireless charging support.
