Xiaomi has released a teardown clip featuring the Xiaomi 15 Ultra to further give fans an idea of how powerful its camera system is.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is debuting today in China. Ahead of the event, the Chinese giant posted a new clip showing the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. This time, however, its camera components take the spotlight.
The phone is being marketed as a powerful camera phone, thanks to its impressive camera lenses. In the clip, the brand revealed the components, including its huge periscope unit. According to the company, it houses a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 (1/1.4 “, 200mm-400mm lossless zoom) telephoto and a 1” main camera. Xiaomi has also promised to offer better glare control in the upcoming model through its 24-layer ultra-low reflection glass layer with a special coating.
According to a leak, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has the following camera specifications:
- 50MP main camera (1/0.98″, 23mm, f/1.63)
- 50MP ultrawide (14mm, f/2.2)
- 50MP telephoto (70mm, f/1.8) with 10cm telephoto macro function
- 200MP periscope telephoto (1/1.4 “, 100mm, f/2.6) with in-sensor zoom (200mm/400mm lossless output) and lossless focal lengths (0.6x, 1x, 2x, 3x, 4.3x, 8.7x, and 17.3x)
