The Xiaomi 16 has been certified by EEC, confirming that, like its predecessors, it will be offered in the global market.
The series is rumored to arrive in China in September. After its initial unveiling in the domestic market, the Xiaomi 16 series will be presented in the global market. Now, EEC has affirmed its international debut, revealing the vanilla model’s 25113PN0EG global model number.
According to earlier reports, the series includes multiple models, including the vanilla Xiaomi 16, Xiaomi 16 Pro, Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini, Xiaomi 16 Ultra, and Xiaomi 16 Ultra Max. The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip will power the base model. Other features expected from the phone include a 7000mAh battery, a triple 50MP camera setup with a periscope unit, and a 6.3″ flat display. An earlier leak also revealed that aside from the said model, the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini will also have the same 6.3″ display size.
