Xiaomi Mi TV A2 released overseas, launched at a decent price

Xiaomi is slowly becoming a stronger and stronger player in the television market, and with their newly released Mi TV A2 series televisions, they’re proving their spot in the market. The Mi TV A2 series features three models, with each of them released at a different price, with differing specs.

The TV A2 series feature three models, and all three of them feature 4K panels, 60Hz refresh rates, 10-bit color depth, and a 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, alongside other features like Dolby Vision and HDR10. The televisions will also feature two 12W speakers, and an MEMC chip. Alongside all that hardware, the televisions feature Android 10 for their operating systems, and also Google Assistant, with streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube and more preinstalled. It also can double as a Google Home control center.

Alongside those software features and panel technologies, when it comes to the actual hardware that runs the television, it features a quad-core SoC with 4 Cortex-A55 CPUs and an ARM Mali G52 MP2 GPU, with 2 gigabytes of RAM, and 16GB of storage, as well as Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5 (which is slightly outdated, but okay for the pricing), two HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB Type-A ports, and an ethernet port for wired connections, also a headphone jack.

The prices of the televisions vary by the display sizes, as the 43 inch model costs 449€, the 50 inch model costs 499€, and the 55 inch model costs 549€.
